What started out as a quest to make a better Whiskey Sour than the local P.F. Chang’s, Abby and Ben soon found themselves enamored with creating tasty drinks. Not long after they made a trip to NYC and walked through the famous wooden door of Death & Co. in the East Village. It was here they understood that creating a great bar experience didn’t end with the handing off of a perfectly stirred Old-Fashioned. Charming staff, cohesive decor, strong menu design and all those little details in between made for a night they’ll never forget.

Since then, Abby and Ben have traveled all over the US, exploring some of the best bars in the industry and adding each experience into a small paper journal. They’ve taken all those experiences, conversations and ideas and applied them to their home bar, which rapidly grew into an 80+ bottle collection. Nothing makes them happier than being able to create a really good drink for a friend and have a bit of a story to go along with it.
